We all know exercise is GOOD for us.  But is it . . . FUN?? Obviously - "You're more likely to sustain a physically demanding practice if you enjoy it."

  1. Yoga with David Magone 
  2. Zumba Dance
  3. 10-Minute workouts with Youtuber Pamela Reif
  4. Multi-tasking on a stationary bike. (During Quarantine I bought this one + plus a seat cushion + plus a table for my laptop).
