While several things have worked in conjunction... there's ONE PRACTICE (I've done almost daily, for almost a year) that has had the most impact. NB: "Before and after" photo, attached, was the result of ~ 8 months of consistent practice - [almost DAILY]. With subtle, but noticeable changes - (Haircut not included ;)
