Sometimes your body whispers - (if not SCREAMS at you) to change what you feed it - i.e. "cutting a component from your daily food and beverage consumption for health, religious, medical, social or vanity-related reasons" . . .

In my case, I developed a painful rash on my hands (called Dyshidrotic Eczema). 

  • Many doctors would prescribe a steroid cream to try to mask the symptoms . . .
  • But thankfully I found a "Functional Medicine Doctor" who analyzed my bloodwork, and suggested that I eliminate triggering foods (gluten, sugar, dairy, etc.) 
  • Resisting my favorite comfort foods wasn't easy. But it helped me heal, hence was well worth it!
