Ahmed Alashwah will discuss the challenges and opportunities of #QuarantineLife. A former lecturer at Stanford University, faculty at the Esalen Institute, and the cofounder of The Flourishing Lab and Self Inner Transformation (SIT), Ahmed has consulted for national and international governmental agencies on processes of conflict resolution and youth de-radicalization. After his latest technology company was acquired, he embarked on a decade of intensive research into contemplative studies, neuroscience and psycholinguistics. He now teaches meditation & modern mindfulness, leadership, and nonviolent communication throughout the world.
Ildiko Varhelyi is a NeuroCentric Practitioner, and holds a degree in Physical Therapy and Massage Therapy. She's a Registered Yoga teacher, Z- Health Mater trainer, Movement Re-Education Specialist, BioSignature Practitioner, Kinesiotaping Practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer and more. All practices are based on applying neuroanatomy and looking at how well an individual’s nervous system is working. (Compromised brain function leads to compromised movement patterns and compromised thinking - creating injuries, pain, and possibly emotional and mental well being too.)
